Proyalbi is a pre packed, quality controlled fine powdered off white render, when mixed with water can be applied by projection machinery or by hand, directly on to brick, AAC and concrete walls.
It has the unique ability of being able to be applied at various thicknesses from 1 to 100mm in one coating, and yet will not display the usual sand and cement weaknesses such as cracking, “herringboning” and drummyness. It can be applied and finished at a much faster rate than traditional render and set applications. Due to the nature of building sites, set walls are often damaged by other trades. This is a major problem with traditional set finishes but not with Proyalbi, as a quick skim of Fine Plus over damaged areas leaves the surface ready for painting, saving time and money.
